What annoys me though is that with HDR and Dolby Vision enabled, under some picture modes, like Cinema, Real Cinema is set to on and is greyed out so you can't turn it off, and if you want to turn it off, you have to switch to another picture modes that allows it to be turned off, like Vivid or Game, which obviously screws with the picture in other ways (color, gamma, etc). It was quite noticable to me, and it looks like I'm not the only one that notices it.

The issue is when only having Real Cinema on - it also creates a soap opera effect (not as pronounced, though) when watching streaming content like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, etc. Fully aware about the soap opera affect with True Motion on and understand the processing behind it that causes the soap opera effect, and that it is really the only setting where you should expect the soap opera effect (that is why I always leave it off).
